Changelog
Changes between different editions, and from version to version. Version 2.0 will correspond to the 1. English edition. Older versions not corresponding to an edition are not linked (but findable using the git repository).
Version 1.4
- at the start of the book, added a note about this being a translation and what that means for the examples
- fixed “social” to “societal” wherever appropriate
- a lot of small phrasing changes
- 2.4: updated to reflect the development of ChatGPT since the 1st edition
- 3.2: added data centers in space as a possible use of Earth orbit
- 4.3: added a heading to each of the four points on digitalization
- 5.3: integrity of the culturepoints: the number added to each reference is generated by the app
- 5.3: new item added to the list: negative culturepoints for groups that try to game the system
- 5.5: switched out terms incoming/outgoing accunt for receiving/sending account
- 6.3: corrected the estimate of doctor time per preventive care day and patient from 3 hours to 2 hours
- 7.2: term “understanding assessment” changed to “foundation assessment”
- 8.3: rewrote the footnote on the safety features of the current power grid
- 9.1: new text box “Gaps between containers”
- 9.3: changed the estimate of the built-up percentage within the groups of four from 35% to “half”
- 9.5: moved the leasing rules into a new appendix; split “Conclusion” into “Effects” and “Taxes”
- 10.1: new footnote on the election in Hungary; in the list of countries sliding into autocracy, replaced it with Tunisia and El Salvador
- 13.2: changes result in a new version of the book, but not necessarily in a new edition
- Constitution Kinotarchy:
- 4.6: “dependent” marker instead of “to be voted on”
- 4.7: limited the number of alternatives that can be submitted to the number of percentage points of voting weight
- Glossary “Kinotarchy”: Only full citizen accounts contribute to the voting weight of their community
- Glossary “Concepts and Technical Terms”: no references into the glossary
