Version 1.4

I am hereby publishing version 1.4 of the book. This is not yet the complete editing pass, but rather the result of a thorough review of the English translation as a whole and the incorporation of the improvements found in the process. In addition to many small corrections to the translation and improved wording, it also includes some larger content changes. For example, part of Chapter 9.5 has now been moved into the new appendix “Land Lease Framework”. There have also been various smaller updates to reflect developments over the past eighteen months.
